DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (see below) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site (a direct URL is strongly preferred).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
- A statement, made in good faith, that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court.
4. Repeat infringers
Sources or channels responsible for repeated DMCA violations will be blocked from appearing on the Site.
5. Misrepresentations
Knowingly filing a materially false takedown or counter-notice may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
